A shipping container or other storage container may sit on a residentially zoned lot in town only while a resident is moving into or out of the home, under the zoning code adopted in 2021. After the move, whatever is still in the container needs another place to go. Our lot at 311 E Sears St in Denison is about 13 miles up US 69, so book a unit before the container leaves.
